The 27th 2024 World Missions Convention
Dear Missionaries, whom Immanuel Seoul Church cordially invites:
We hereby provide you with guidelines and information prior to your registration with the Headquarter Office. Please see below and proceed as the following.

Mission Convention Registration Information
1. The 27 th 2024 World Missions Convention Registration
1) Check the World Missions Convention Schedule
April 17 th (Wed) ~ 18 th (Thu) Missionary Camp Training April 19 th (Fri) Missions Convention April 21 st (Sun) Missions Festival
2) Register on WEEA HQ website at https://2024mission.weea.kr/
3) Register on Immanuel Seoul Church’s 237 online website at https://237.immanuel25.org/
*Requirements: Please register on
BOTH
websites (HQ and Immanuel Seoul Church).
2.The following supports are provided to the missionaries, overseas multiethnic pastors and committed workers (accompanying family members and children are excluded)
1) Registration fee for Missionary Camp Training, registration fee for the Missions Convention, and the accommodations and meals during the convention
2) The accommodations meals and transportation during the convention April 16 th(Tue)~17 th(Wed) and 20 th (Sat)~22 nd(Mon) (Prior reservation is required on Immanuel Seoul Church’s 237 online website
3) Round Trip Airfare
: Uploading a copy of the airfare reservation invoice on Immanuel Seoul Church’s 237 online website is required.

3.Important due dates for missionaries
1) Registration with Convention HQ: March 3 rd, 2024
2) Request for a letter of invitation document for visa filing: March 3rd, 2024
3) After 1) (the Registration with Convention HQ), registration with Immanuel Seoul Church’s 237 online website: March 10 th 2024
4) Uploading an invoice for the airfare reservation: March 10 th, 2024
Airfare will be reimbursed for all registrants on March 15 th, 2024
4.There are College/Young Adult Missions Tychicus to communicate with you according to each respective continent and nation.

3) 임마누엘 서울교회 237 온라인 사이트 https://237.immanuel25.org/ 에 접속 후, 회원가입 및 선교대회 등록
*필수: 대회본부와 임마누엘서울교회 선교대회 온라인 등록 신청을 두 곳 모두 하셔야 합니다.
2. 임마누엘서울교회에서 초청하는 선교대회 참석 선교사, 해외 다민족 목회자, 사명자들에게는 아래와 같이 지원드립니다. (동반가족이나 자녀분들은 제외)
1) 선교사 합숙 등록, 선교대회 등록, 대회기간 숙소 제공
2) 4월 16일(화) ~ 17일(수), 20일(토) ~ 22일(월) 숙소 제공 및 대회기간 교통편 제공 (임마누엘서울교회 237 온라인 사이트에 사전 신청 필수)
3) 왕복 항공료
: 임마누엘서울교회 237 온라인 등록 사이트에 항공권 예약 인보이스 등록 필수

3.초청선교사 등록 협조 사항
1) 대회 본부 등록: 3월 3일까지
2) 비자 초청장을 위한 서류 요청 마감: 3월 3일까지
3) 본부 등록 후, 임마누엘서울교회 237 사이트 온라인 등록 마감: 3월 10일까지
4) 항공권 예약 및 인보이스 등록 마감: 3월 10일까지
항공료 지급은 3월 15일에 일괄 송금 예정
